Chris Snider has been drilling wells in the Permian Basin for over a decade. He uses a technical approach and has extensive knowledge of the formations in the Permian Basin.

Taryn Snider earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting right here in the Permian Basin. After spending several years in the public and private accounting sectors, and several more years raising the Snider kids, Taryn is now enjoying using her experience and skills managing the office side of Relevant Drilling Fluids.

Emily Newlon earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Business Management from Sam Houston State University, which she earned in December 2022. After graduation, she began her career at Relevant Drilling Fluids, where she applied her academic knowledge and skills to contribute effectively to the industry. Emily is committed to continuous learning and growth within her field, showcasing her strong work ethic and passion for business.

I began my career in the Drilling Fluids, Work-Over, and Completion Fluid Service Sector in 2005 after serving in the Unites States Marine Corps and graduating from Colorado Technical University where I earned a BS in Business Management. The entirety of my Fluids carrier has been focused on the Permian Basin, from Drilling to Completions, and Midstream Water Treatment. The Operations portion of our service sector is where much of my expertise has been focused. I’m an avid Outdoors Man and Defender of the 2nd Amendment. Most importantly, I’m a Christian! Presently, I hold an Operations Manager and Technical Sales position with Relevant Drilling Fluids here in Midland TX.
